Focus on the Process, not the End Result

Life is a continuous process. Part of that process is to struggle, make mistakes, and even fail at times. You can't have success without having learned from your failures. Take risks, take chances on yourself to find your true potential.

As JK Rowling once put it: "It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all - in which case, you failed by default."

Here are some do's and don'ts when working towards your ideal goals.

Do:
-Give yourself credit where credit is due
-Accept Errors
-Evaluate your progress

Don’t:
-Be afraid to try
-Feel unsatisfied
-Give up when things get tough
